RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We take pride in The Inge Collection items, any item returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment ribbon/tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. This applies to any item returned to us within 7 days of receipt by you. Exchanges may take up to 2-3 business days to process, plus the delivery time to your area.
    If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact the theingecollection@gmail.com prior to sending any return.
  • Some items are not eligible for a return or refund, but don’t worry. We make sure our policies clearly state this for you.
  • Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 7 days of receipt. When completing the return sheet, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange.

    It’s important to note that return shipping costs are NOT covered by The INGE Collection. It is the responsibility of the consumer.

    You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you at no extra charge. We offer 2 exchanges for every item.
    If the replacement is less expensive than the original, don’t worry. We’ll make sure the difference is refunded back to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and then purchase the new, lower-priced items.

 

  • SALE ITEMS
    We’re unable to accept sale item returns.
  • LATE RETURNS
    We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 7 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 7 days may be returned to you.
  • CARRIERS TO RETURN
  • Choose the carrier of your choice,  it is highly advisable to send your return item with a signed for service and ask for a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or late returns. 

 

 

 

SHIPPING

We ship orders daily Mon-Fri.

  • Customers are fully responsible for their name and shipping address to be correct. We are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient name/shipping address.

EDITING ORDERS & ADDRESSES

PLEASE check your billing and shipping information carefully before you place your order as our dispatch team processes orders quickly and changes to items on orders, shipping addresses or names are not possible once an order has been processed.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Delay of parcels may occur, we are not responsible for delayed deliveries. We will not refund or cancel delayed orders which have been shipped. Orders shipped right before, after and under the holidays can be delayed due to the non-working days at the postal office and high volume of packages at the postal terminals and customs control.
  • We are not responsible for any charges and undelivered parcels due to incorrect address, insufficient address, no mailbox, moving address, receiver or address not being accessible or unattended. We are not responsible for any theft of goods or damage due to an incorrect shipping address or unattended address. We will not offer replacement or refund any stolen or damaged goods which has been delivered. We will not offer replacement or refund of undelivered, unclaimed and returned parcels.
  • During busy periods, please allow a few days for packing.

 

 

SALE PERIODS & PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

During sale periods and public holidays, please allow additional days for your order to be dispatched.

 

PRE-ORDERS 

Pre-orders items will not be shipped until the estimated shipping date displayed on the product page. Any non pre-order items on your order will be shipped immediately and your pre-order will be sent in a separate parcel when it arrives. Please note, we are unable to give exact shipping dates for pre-orders other than the indicative time displayed on the product information page, however we will make every effort to contact you if your order is going to be delayed.

Please note, we are not able to cancel any orders for pre-order styles unless stated otherwise.
