 How long does it take to process my order??

  • Domestic orders can take approximately 4-5 BUSINESS DAYS to be processed and shipped.  HOLIDAYS EXCLUDED: Please read below.
  • ORDERS PLACED DURING THE HOLIDAYS CAN TAKE APPROXIMATELY 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS AND SHIP DUE TO A HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS.  OUR TEAM WILL CONTINUE TO DO OUR BEST TO ENSURE YOUR PACKAGE IS SHIPPED AS PROMPTLY AS POSSIBLE.  ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION.

Does shipping/delivery really take 5-7 business days? What if I want my order sooner?

Please pick delivery option at check out. We do offer express shipping.

  • USPS time frame for delivery in Los Angeles or California is approximately 2 business days, but we DO NOT guarantee 2-DAY delivery.  Orders placed during the Holidays can take extra time to process due to a high volume of orders. 
  • USPS time frame for delivery in the United States is approximately 4 business days. Holiday orders excluded, we appreciate your patience during this time.
  • We will do our best to ship your package to you as soon as possible.

 

How will I know when my refund has been processed? How long before I see the credit in my account. 

  • Card refunds may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
  • You will receive an email from INGE indicating your refund has been successfully processed once the refund has been submitted.
  • Once you receive the email, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to be applied back into your bank account.

 

How often do you restock?

All products are custom designed by Cynthia Beltran and are low in quantities. There are no guarantees that an item will be restocked.

 

Your return policy says 7 days, but is it from the date I placed my order or from the day I received my package? 

From the day you receive your package. 

 

 

I need to cancel my order what do I do?

Since we do our best to ensure you will receive your package as promptly as possible, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed.

  •  Email us! We love hearing from our customers! we are available to answer any questions and inquiries you may have via email Monday-Friday (9am-5pm) PST. Please allow up to 48 hours (not including weekends) for a response.
  • Emailing about an Order – Please included Order Number (if available), First and Last Name provided to place order, and email address used to place order.
  • Emailing about a Return/Refund- Please include Tracking Number for return package, Order Number, First and Last Name and Email Address used to place order.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 1-3 business days or sooner.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
